Property Care & Inspections
We provide full property management to keep your home secure and well maintained. For vacant properties, we carry out fortnightly inspections, checking windows, doors, utilities, and overall condition, and collect and empty your mailbox. You’ll receive immediate updates if any issues arise, and we coordinate any necessary maintenance or repairs.

Annual Service Fee
This full property management service is offered for a fixed annual fee of €330 per year, providing excellent value and professional care for your property.
